Check Your Site’s Keyword Results in Google

Picture 2.png

I‘ve been seeking a free tool to see the Google position results for any given keyword against any given domain … without having to manually click page after page and eyeball it.

Thanks to Ferruh Mavituna’s Position Checker for Google I’m all set. Just enter the domain of interest, enter the chosen keyword and see how your domain ranks.

What would really be sweet would be a Google-holic version where you can preset your keywords and in one click see their current positions. Even better would be archived results to see trending overtime for those same keywords for the same domain. Or even better would be if a bot ran your keywords each night and whenever you returned you could see a historical view. I would imagine such a free service could be quite popular and even turn a nice profit by serving contextual ads, or even better anchor SEO sponsors. I wish I had a couple free cycles because they would not be hard to write and automate at all.

But don’t get me wrong Ferruh, your tool is great. Thanks.

UPDATE: Here’s another which tracks MSN, Alta Vista and Yahoo! as well. ShoeMoney’s SERP
