I would recommend you reach out to Barry Abel at Message Systems http://www.messagesystems.com These guys are the Google of the email solution space.

They are the MTA technology providers to Salesforce, Cloudmark, YesMail, e-Dialog, Time Warner Cable, GoodMail, Match.com and the other major email senders.

I work for a company that outsources bulk mailing to about 4 different ESPs and I am always looking for newstips for my blog and also I post information I receive from working with the ISPs on a regular basis. I would be interested in reciprocal linking each other.

Hi Derek,

You gotta set them up one by one. Not sure if they deny anyone based upon volume. The good news is that as a smaller service, the total number of flagged emails a day is unlikely to cause problems, but better to get your account in shape early vs. later.
