The doghouse is getting bigger. On Monday we will have three more people starting, making for a grand total of 14 full-time Dogster, Inc employees on site!

Last January, it was just Ted, Steven and I in our little office in Potrero Hill. Our buddy Moss did some contracting for us and our customer service super hero John W. was working remotely in Kentucky. Even though we worked our tails off, it seemed like we were always working reactively. We could never quite catch up.

Things are different now. We started builiding this fantastic team last February and from the first two hires until the last, our output has grown exponentially with each new person. We no longer work only in reactive cycles. We make a plan, execute it, analyze and improve the next cycle. Our sum has become much greater than our individual talents. We have a bigger office and our looking for an even bigger one. We have a great team of advisors, investors and partners (and don’t get me started on the community!).Things are clicking and momemtum is building every day. It is awesome!

So, today, with big smiles, we built some cube walls and some desks for the new team members. Can’t wait for Monday!
