Most of Eileen's questions are specific to her situation, but for casual readers here, the reference to the "866" number not being valid has to do with whether or not you are living in the United States or not.

Here are the numbers to contact Dogster:

1-866-404-DOGS (toll free)

Outside the USA call +1 415-934-0400

If you live outside the USA and try to call the 866 number it will indeed prove to be not valid and you will need to use the second number.

Eileen,

Happened to catch entry/question this evening. I believe I answered most of these questions in a mail to you this afternoon shortly after you asked your question here, but I'll write to you again just to be on the safe side.

Just goes to show you that you never know where you might find a question addressed to customer support. :-)

Woof!

Okay, you seem to be the guy for customer service... so I am laying this on your shoulders...

I was given (2) two gift subscriptions Sept 22/06... one from Willie, Dogster ID # 98637

one from Hayley, Dogster ID# 347700

At the start I had 50 rosettes... I went away, and came back October 19, I had 44 rosettes plus 2 stars, the next batch November 22... burt over the weekend my rosettes disappeared... I gave away 2 stars, plus about 7 rosettes max.... no anonymous...

If you are running my two (2) subscriptions together, I should have had 50 rosettes, plus 4 stars... if you were running my 2 subscriptions over a (2) year period, 25 rosettes per month, plus the (2) two I still would like to know what happened to my rosettes...

I should have had 4 stars plus 50 rosettes... over two years 2 stars plus 25 rosettes....

another thing, I have no cats, yet my inbox occasionally goes to Catster.

Are you having problems with the site???

also your 866 number is not valid...
